Overview
A practical intensive focused on shifting from "designing for" a community to co-designing with them through structured empathy and collaborative tools.
Objectives
To equip community leaders and designers with the skills to facilitate genuine, inclusive co-creation processes across diverse stakeholder groups.
Learning outcomes
Participants will master active listening techniques, empathy mapping, and the design of participatory feedback loops for long-term project buy-in.
