Questions
Do I have to take all the modules?
No. Every intensive stands alone and carries its own certificate. You can also book a thematic track of 3 or 4 linked modules at a reduced rate, or the Master Pass for the full pathway.
How do the thematic tracks work?
Each track bundles the modules that belong together for one professional pathway, at roughly 20 to 25 per cent below the individual rates, and carries its own named certificate. You book once and your seat is held for every module in the track.
Can I swap a module inside a track?
Tracks are fixed sets so the learning builds in sequence. If a date does not work, tell us: a seat can be moved to the same module in a later cohort, or to a named colleague, up to 7 days before the start.
How does the Early Bird rate work?
It applies automatically to any single-module booking completed at least 14 days before the first day of that module. Inside 14 days, the Standard rate applies. Tracks and the Master Pass are already discounted, so Early Bird does not stack.
Who can use the Subsidised Community Pass?
Local residents, volunteers, students and unfunded community initiatives. It runs on trust, backed by the self-declaration on the booking form. If you would like it confirmed in advance, apply for a community access code.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Single modules and tracks can be split into two payments: 50 per cent deposit to hold your seat and the balance before the start. The Master Pass has a 3-part plan of €500, €500 and €495. Reuse the same reference with the -02 or -03 suffix.
Can an organisation share a Master Pass?
Yes. The Standard Master Pass allows individual sessions to be transferred to different staff members, so a team can cover all nine intensives even if one person cannot attend everything. Tell us the attending name at least 48 hours before each module.
What if I cannot attend?
Tell us as early as you can. Your place can be transferred to another module in the series or to a named colleague, up to 7 days before the start date.
