Overview
An advanced, clinic-style workshop designed to refine live projects through financial stress-testing, strategic feedback and executive pitching practice.
Objectives
To finalise project budgets, polish narrative delivery, and prepare project leaders for high-stakes presentations to funders and partners.

Participants will stress-test financial plans, sharpen their pitch decks, and gain 1-on-1 strategic feedback on their live initiatives.
