Overview
A structured, project-architecture intensive that takes early-stage ideas and shapes them into fully operational, deliverable project plans.
Objectives
To build foundational project management skills, including scoping, resource mapping and feasibility analysis.
Learning outcomes
Participants will define logic models, establish realistic risk frameworks, and complete a detailed Project Architecture Document (PAD).
